All winter storage includes one haul-out (lift out), bottom wash, and one launch (lift back into the water) in the spring. Any additional services, including winterization, maintenance, repairs, detailing, or other requested work, will be billed separately.
Availability & Reservations
Indoor storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Unlimited outdoor storage is available. To reserve a storage space, a signed Storage Contract and a non-refundable deposit are required.
Payment Terms
Once your vessel is placed into storage, the remaining balance of your storage invoice will be billed and is due by November 1. Any outstanding balance remaining after the due date will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
Storage Period
The winter dry-dock period runs from October 1 through April 1 of the following year. Vessels may not be removed from storage during this period. No refunds, credits, or prorated charges will be issued for partial storage periods.
Winterization Notice
To ensure proper winterization and protection of your vessel, we strongly recommend scheduling haul-out before the first freeze of the season. Vessels hauled after the first freeze cannot be guaranteed against freeze-related damage, and proper winterization cannot be assured.
Storage Rates
Stand rental is required for all storage customers and is charged at $7.00 per foot.
Heated Indoor Storage
$10.50 per square foot
Calculated as: LOA × Beam × $10.50
Requires a $3,000 deposit and signed Storage Contract
Indoor Storage
