Grand Banks are noted for their impeccably finished warm interiors of varnished teak with varnished teak parquet soles and with an abundance of natural light and ventilation, courtesy of the numerous large windows and ports, several of them sliders with screens; there are also four hatches with screens. Artificial light is equally well provided for with polished brass swivel style reading lamps at each berth, reading lamps at the settees and barrel chairs and several overhead lamps throughout. Starting on top is a spacious fly bridge with a fully equipped helm. Inside forward is the spacious Guest Stateroom featuring a 6'8" V-berth with filler below which there is storage in six large drawers. There is some additional bin type storage for seldom used items forward under the berth as well. Above the berth the hull is lined with varnished teak ceilings, aft of the port V is the lined hanging locker.
Next aft and to starboard is the Guest Head and laundry featuring a generous vanity with cultured marble counter top and sink, plenty of storage, separate stall shower compartment with seat and storage for necessaries. At the aft end of the head is the laundry area.
Up four steps to the Salon which has a comfortable L-settee to starboard. The settees are fitted with pneumatic assists to provide easy access to storage below. Dining is off a high/low teak drop leaf table which has additional storage within. Forward of the L-settee is a dry bar with glass and bottle storage. Opposite to port is the entertainment center with housing stereo system, DVD player and TV. To starboard is the Lower Helm with full vessel controls, navigation equipment, vessel's electrical distribution panels and some storage. Just aft is the conveniently located starboard side door. At each side door there are steps with hinged tops for storage. A custom 2 person helm seat provides further storage with 3 drawers and a locker underneath.
Down three steps to the generous Master Stateroom featuring the preferred Island Queen layout. There are four large storage drawers below the berth as well as a full sized chart drawer. The island queen berth is slightly offset to port to provide ample room for bureaus, lockers and vanity to starboard. There are also drawers and a night stand to starboard. A full length double hanging locker. The Split Head arrangement is fitted with the separate stall shower compartment to starboard and the "head" compartment to port featuring a vanity and sink, generous storage in three lockers and three drawers.
